End User Licence Agreement

Please read this End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by seweqeu ("we", "us", or "our") through seweqeu.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

- User refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
- Content refers to all text, guides, materials, data, and other information made available through the Service.
- Account refers to a registered profile created by a User to access restricted features of the Service.

2. Grant of Licence
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes related to interview preparation and learning.
This licence does not include the right to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written permission.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service or its Content.
- Sublicence, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the Service for commercial purposes.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or extract Content from the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless seweqeu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Modifications to the Service and Agreement
10.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
10.2 Agreement Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service.
11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including but not limited to sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
12. Governing Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and seweqeu regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
